The Nebraska Chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation does not currently host their own week long summer camp for children with bleeding disorders. However, we know how utterly important the camp experience is for the kids in our community. We will always work with you to make sure your child can go to camp either here in Nebraska at Camp Coholo or at one our neighboring chapters, including the Midwest Hemophilia Association, Hemophilia of Iowa or the Colorado Chapter of NHF. Do not hesitate to reach out to the chapter if you need assistance regarding summer camp.
Camp Coholo serves children ages 6-17 who are impacted by cancer or blood disorders. Their camp is located in Greta, Nebraska at the Eastern Nebraska 4-H Center. Their 2019 dates are
- Session 1 (Ages 6-11): July 21-24th, 2019
- Session 2 (Ages 13-17):July 24-28th, 2019
